A different kind of Pasta 🍝

This is something pending for quite sometime now.

I remember bringing food in the office one time and had to make a separate one for someone who is vegetarian...and non-pork eater.

So, I did 3 pasta recipes that time πŸ€—

For now... I will be sharing with you the pasta I made out of the veges I had in my fridge and pantry.

P.S.
This is an instant pasta dish.. 


Creamy Vege Pasta

Ingredients:

Spaghetti
Apple
Spinach
Mushroom
Scrambled Egg
Onion and Garlic
Chili flakes
Cheddar Cheese
Evaporated Milk
Olive Oil

How did I made this?

First, heat up your wok to medium and pour 1 T of olive oil.
Then, saute onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add the mushroom.
Next will be the chopped apple.
Mixed well for a minute and add the spinach.
Pour in the evaporated milk, chili flakes;
salt and pepper to taste.
Lastly, slowly add the bitten egg and mixed well with the rest of the ingredients.

 Once the sauce thickens, add now your pasta and topped with cheese.
