Stir Fry Veges with Chicken Liver
Ingredients:
Brocolli
Carrot
Onion
Garlic
Chicken liver
Oister sauce
Salt and Pepper
Cooking oil
How to cook?
Heat up your wok to a medium heat only and pour 1 T of oil. First, fry the chicken liver (non-marinated). Set aside once it turned brown.
Then, saute garlic and onion.
Add carrot and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Now, add the brocolli and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add back the chicken liver, flavor with oister sauce and mix until all veges are half cooked.
This is best served with fried fish as a side dish.
