Dinner last Tuesday! Fried Boneless Bangus | Tomato & Onion
This one I won't forget! I went to SM that day and played 2 sessions of Bingo and I won 1 thousand peso! haha I then went to the supermarket and decided to buy our dinner there instead. I was suppose to drop by the wet market that afternoon haha Kung saan-saan pa kasi naglalakwatsa! Good thing nanalo ako lol I bought them ice cream pam-balato ko!

How I made it?

1 Boneless Bangus
Soy Sauce or Toyo
1 medium Onion, diced
5 cloves Garlic, crushed & diced
Salt & Pepper
Kalamansi (optional)
Oil

Marinade the fish with the ingredients mentioned above for about 30 minutes. Make sure each sides are evenly coated. You can either fry it or grill it ♥
For the side dish: Just combine chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic and season with soy sauce, pinakurat vinegar or the usual vinegar you can buy at the store, salt, and pepper!

4 cloves of Garlic, chopped
1 fresh tomato, sliced

Saute onion, garlic and tomato in a sauce pan with oil. Add the canned sardines and water once cooked. Simmer for 3-5 minutes and seasoned with salt and pepper.

Thank_You ♥♦♣♠

My Family arrived in Manila last March 31st and went straight to the province the day after. I was not able to meet up with them since Dear and I had an appointment at Ortigas that same day. It was sad though but I already booked a trip for a week vacation this coming June that's before they leave back to the U.S.

My sister and kiddo went to fetch them and stayed at our tito's place where the family spent the night before leaving for the province the next day. My lolo wanted to bring home the kid to the province hehe I told my sister that the kid will celebrate his birthday here.

Good thing they agreed

Thanks lolo Noel (hihi) for the gift

and this too... Thanks Nanay, Tatay, LoloS & LolaS... TitaS and TitoS!

Quote of the Day ♥

"Kiss Me"

Kiss me out of the bearded barley
Nightly, beside the green, green grass
Swing, swing, swing the spinning step
You wear those shoes and I will wear that dress.

[Chorus:]
Oh, kiss me beneath the milky twilight
Lead me out on the moonlit floor
Lift your open hand
Strike up the band and make the fireflies dance
Silver moon's sparkling
So kiss me

Kiss me down by the broken tree house
Swing me upon its hanging tire
Bring, bring, bring your flowered hat
We'll take the trail marked on your father's map

[Chorus (repeat)]
