I was suppose to drop by the wet market that afternoon haha Kung saan-saan pa kasi naglalakwatsa! Good thing nanalo ako lol I bought them ice cream pam-balato ko!
How I made it?
1 Boneless Bangus
Soy Sauce or Toyo
1 medium Onion, diced

Marinade the fish with the ingredients mentioned above for about 30 minutes. Make sure each sides are evenly coated. You can either fry it or grill it ♥
For the side dish: Just combine chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic and season with soy sauce, pinakurat vinegar or the usual vinegar you can buy at the store, salt, and pepper!
I told her the kid said "Mommy, sana ganito ulit ulam natin!"
Weird right? Mas gusto niya yong mga ganitong ulam! The last time naman, the ulam was something with pork in it! etong sabi "Mommy, huwag lang lagyan pork ulam ko ah, gulay lang po!" of course, bet ko yon! At ang dami ng kinain niya that night! GoodJob Langga ♥
