Day 2 of my Diet

Good Morning Y’all ♥

It’s Day 2 of my diet na. Medyo nakikisama na yong katawan ko now unlike yesterday, para akong mahihilo. Siguro kasi hindi sanay yong tummy ko sa konteng food hehe Diba sabi ko my lunch yesterday is after my shift pa which is around 3 in the afternoon. So nakauwi ako ng 4 or 4:30pm ata. Kasi naman ang lola niyo dumaan pa sa SM and bumili ng wall clock and jar para sa water ko. I’m taking in water with Lemon / Oranges kasi. Yon, pagdating na pagdating ko sa house. Gutom to the max! Pero sorry si RICE hindi ko siya pinansin. Yup yup… Tinira ko ang half ng Melon fruit ko and sa dinner naman, slice ng Watermelon. Ang mahirap pa niyan, ako kasi ang cook sa house. So grabeng pagpipigil talaga to. I cooked Beef with Spinach for dinner yesterday and ako pa nagpapakain sa Kid ko kaya… para na ko susuko! Pero.. I’m uber determined sa “Sexy-Better-Me” project ko. After ng dinner naman, I prepared na may baon for today! No fruits ako for today... VEGES ONLY!!!

Vegetable Salad ♥

• Chinese Cabbage

• Tomato

• Cucumber

• Then I put Olive Oil and Coconut Nectar Vinegar

• Sprinkle of salt and pepper

Mamaya for dinner… Boiled Potato… my FAVE EVER! Hindi ko siya gagawing mashed potato… :( As in boiled lang and salt (it’s like a diet salt na binigay saken. I’ll tell you what it is the next time hehe)
