Day 4 of my diet…

Sorry, I wasn’t able to blog yesterday. It was my day off a stressful work so I make sure that I took a rest and spend time with my kid on my rest day. No phone… No PC… No laptop for me yesterday. I don’t know, I guess I’m super stress these past weeks. I’m so tempted to blog yesterday, but I told myself NO... :(
Yesterday was all Veges and fruits for me. But it’s super tempting to eat. I swear. Uurrgghh… I cooked breakfast and dinner for them and I was so like susuko na talaga. But I didn’t, which is a good thing. Keep the spirit TataDear!
I cooked Chicken with broccoli for dinner and hotdogs/eggs/chaofan for their breakfast. So kamusta naman diba?
Today… I have to eat 8 pieces bananas and drink skim milk. Same stuff as usual, 6 to 8 glasses of water. I’m done with 2 bananas and 245ml of my low fat milk. Ang nakakainggit lang is, we have a meeting this morning and may pakain (pizza and starbucks) T_T was so tempted nanaman. Pero pinigilan ko… After the meeting, the group decided to have pasta, siomai, palabok, bbq and chicken!!!
So much of a temptation… Right?
I know I can do this…
