Tofu con Carne ala Tata

1/4 K Pork or half a Kilo of it will do
1 Medium size Ampalaya (Bitter Gourd)
4 pieces Tokwa or Tofu (Either Fried or steamed) sliced into cube
1 Onion sliced
4 cloves Garlic chopped
3 T canola oil
3 T Soy Sauce (Toyo)
Ground pepper
Salt & Pepper to taste
Saute onion and garlic, then add pork. Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes then add 3 T of soy sauce (or you can add more depending on your taste). Add half cup of water and let boil for 10 minutes or until pork is cooked.
Add ground pepper and Tofu/Tokwa. Simmer or let boil  again to cook the tofu. It will allow pork to tenderized as well. Add the sliced ampalaya and simmer for another 5 minutes.
The bitter the ampalaya is the more nutrients you can get
Served while hot! xoxo
Enjoy mga Dear
