Chicken Tinola | Ginger Soup

500 grams of Chicken cut into serving pieces
1 pouch Mama Sita's Tinola Mix 25g
1 small green papaya cut into wedges
1 bundle chili leaves
1.5 L of Water
Ginger crushed
Salt & pepper to taste

In a sauce pan, combine water, mama sita's tinola mix, ginger, and chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer until the chicken is cooked. Then add the green papaya and let boil until the papaya becomes tender.
(I like it if the papaya is crunchy to bite)
Add 1 bundle of chili leaves and simmer for another minute.

* if the green papaya and chili leaves is not available, you can use sayote and spinach or malunggay.

Go mga dear... enjoy cooking!

Thanks to Mama Sita!
